Stockmar watercolors are ideal for transparent painting and are known for their clarity, texture, and consistent quality. The pigments contain no heavy metals or dangerous chemicals and are completely non-toxic.
This selection of watercolors is based on the natural graduation of the twelve-part colour-circle, in accordance with Goethe’s theory of colours. We offer the "Farbkreisfarben" tones from Goethe's color wheel. They include the primary blue, red, and yellow. By mixing these three tones, you can get all of the shades of the complete color wheel.
