Shipping Information
Standard Shipping
Shipping is a flat rate of $5 within the contiguous 48 United States. We ship a many of our packages via USPS Priority Mail at this rate; however, the method of shipping is determined by the size and weight of the package. For larger, heavier packages, we often ship UPS.
Shipping & Delivery Times
In stock items typically ship within 2 business days of receiving your order and payment. Delivery time typically takes 2-5 business days.
Items shipped from the manufacturer typically take about 3-4 days processing time and about 5 days in shipping. All items shipped in this manner are indicated in the item description.
Package Tracking
If you have registered for an account on our website, you may log in at any time to check the status of your order. You will also be emailed when your order has shipped and the tracking number on the package will be included.

Shipping outside the contiguous 48 United States
We are happy to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses; however, we ask that you pay the actual cost of shipping (no handling charges). You will also be responsible for any customs fees that may be charged.
To receive a shipping quote for an order outside the contiguous 48 United States, please email us a list of items you are interested in along with your postal code and country if outside the U.S. You may send the email to us at info@threesisterstoys.com. We will then provide you with an exact shipping quote.
We are not able to ship large, heavy items like Playstands and Play Kitchens internationally.
Local Pick-Up
If you are local in the Jacksonville, Florida area and would like to pick up your order, please call or email requesting a pick-up appointment.
Special Orders
We are happy to offer the option of special order items. Many of these items are imported from Europe, so please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Since these items are not normally carried in our inventory and are being Special Ordered for you, they cannot be cancelled in the event that you change your mind. Please make certain when placing your Special Order that it is exactly what you desire.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We do not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Please double check the "ship to" address upon checking out.
